Balaya Buyul is a clear example of the connection ecovillages have to the land they inhabit. Shane Sylvanspring, one of the founders of Balaya Buyul, shares the core values of the community connected to the land they live in and the indigenous people that were living there before.
The ecovillage is still under development but already an inspiration for many. Shane will guide you through the social dynamics within the community, its development under different perspectives. Finally, we get to know a little bit more about the ecovillage movement development through history in Australia.
