About this talk
Barbara Stuetzel is a psychologist, actress and singer living in ZEGG community since 2011. In the interview, she mainly shares about the Forum, a ritualized form of transparent communication between individuals and groups which is at the core of the community.
She expresses the importance to look at ourselves and understand and work with our own emotions and behaviours for a change in the outside world and being able to live in the community.
People are longing for the community but often choose independence because they don't have the necessary tools to work well with others - this is what ZEGG wants to change. She also talks a lot about the balance between dependence and interdependence and how community life is a way to live interdependently. For her, community living can be a spiritual path.
